The Jesus Educational & Social Upliftment Society strives to provide excellent education to all children such that they are able to lead empowered lives.This is a unique organization where people from varied backgrounds come together using local resources to be a part of a movement for change. We focus on results while recognizing effort. Employees and Volunteers at Jesus Educational & Social Upliftment Society are driven by a sense of purpose and belief that each child can excel. Despite the many challenges they face every day, they are bound by the teamwork, joy, and pride in the work they do and the impact they see. They know that to bring about any change you have to be a part of the change process.

“The project was brief but I managed to get a lot of experience as far as the education process of the country. It is a very different system than the one we have in the United Kingdom and it was a good experience being able to see teachers doing all they can with little resources available. The children of the school were brilliant with many having better hand writing skills than most U.K students that I have seen. The school staff did a great job at making feel welcome along with my home stay family which I already miss dearly.
